    • Drink at least 2 liter of water the day before your treatment

    • Drink plenty of water: Aim for half your body weight in ounces each day for three days following your treatment

    • Avoid alcohol for three days (beer and wine too)

    • Do 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise such as walking, running, jump rope, jumping jacks, trampoline, ect. to stimulate lymphatic drainage

    • Avoid highly processed foods

  • Do your best to avoid the first day/heaviest day of your cycle for maximum results.

  • Bruising and Soreness is common following a fat loss treatment, especially if it is your first time or it’s been a while since your last treatment. Breaking down the tissue causing lymphatic drainage can greatly improve fat accumulation but it can also cause some bruising. Depending on the sensitivity of your skin can last 2-10 days. Plan accordingly if preparing for a major event.

  • How Many Treatments of Laser Lipo Will Client Need?

    Treatment needed range from 3-12 sessions, however, this is determined during your client consultation. Amount of treatments needed is determined by many different factors such as daily activity, amount of fat that is targeted, what area is going to be targeted, and current diet.

  • Why Do Clients Have To Workout After Treatments?

    Once the fat cells are broken down after treatments, the contents of fat cells need a way to exit the body. A brief workout immediately after treatment ensures that the fat is drained by the lymphatic system. Our Vibration Therapy machine as well as Infrared Sauna can be used as alternative to traditional cardio.

  • Is Laser Lipo Suitable For Everyone?

    This treatment can be used on both men and women, and can treat most areas on the body, except the female breast. Treatment works best on those who have “fluffy fat” that is soften and already broken down.

  • What Is Aftercare of Treatment?

    It is important for the first three days following your treatment that you avoid alcohol, drink plenty of water, and remain as active as possible.

  • What Does Laser Lipo Feel Like?

    Most clients feel nothing at all; as it is using light therapy. Some clients that are more sensitive may feel a slight vibration, like your stomach is “growling” as it would if you were hungry after about 15 minutes.

  • Are Results Permanent?

    Yes, results are permanent. Results are seen 3-10 days following your treatment. You must continue healthy diet and exercise to maintain results as fat cells can always re-inflate with weight gain. Multiple treatments are recommended for optimal results.

  • Is The Butt Lift Painful?

    No. You may experience slight discomfort due to pressure, but no it’s not painful at all. Tightness can be adjusted for individual comfort levels.

  • How Long Will My Butt Lift Results Last?

    Due to fat mobilization, they permanently stay in the area with multiple sessions. Like any other cosmetic treatment, results are permanent only with proper post care. We recommend exercising for a longer lasting result.

  • How Many Butt Lift Treatments Will I Need?

    Typically clients receive about 3-12 sessions, but each body is different, and each collagen level is different. The results are based on your collagen level, for clients with looser muscles and low collagen levels it usually takes 5-12 sessions, however our clients with a firmer buttocks usually become satisfied after 3-6 sessions. We cannot provide consultation through photos or over the phone, as we have to physically test your collagen level, but you can receive your consultation and service the same day.

  • Can You Give Me Hips?

    No. However, with our shaping tool we can give you a rounder look by mobilizing the fat cells.

  • Can I Resume Normal Activities After Butt Lift Treatment?

    This treatment is completely non-surgical, so you can return to normal activities immediately. Some patients experience redness, superficial bruising, tingling, numbness or discomfort in the treated area, but this is temporary and will resolve completely after a couple days.

  • Am I A Good Candidate For A Butt Lift?

    Most people are a candidate for the butt lift. Clients are both men and women ages 18-75 with all body types. It is important that there is some volume (fat) in the upper thigh area and/or flank area. Booking a free consultation is the best way to determine if you are a candidate and how many treatments you may need.

  • How Does The Infrared Blanket Treatment Feel?

    It is very relaxing and my clients take a nap during the treatment. You will definitely sweat and you will feel like you’ve had a deep cleansing at the end of your session. you will also have the feeling of a vigorous workout as your heart beats faster. Here, you get cardiovascular workout that is similar to jogging. You do lose inches and burn calories. The immediate inch loss is due to mainly water loss and will be regained immediately after replenishing the water.

  • What Is The Difference Between A Regular Sauna And An Infrared Sauna?

    Both types cause sweating and increased heart rate, similar to those elicited by moderate exercise. An infrared sauna produces these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna, which makes it accessible to people who can’t tolerate the heat of a conventional sauna.

  • How Does The Sauna Help Aid Weight Loss?

    The Sauna Blanket uses Far Infrared Ray (FIR) radiant heat to warm the body and causes increased blood circulation and lowers blood pressure. It gets your heart to beat faster, and it burns calories. Approximately 500-700 calories are burned per treatment. Adding the Sauna Blanket treatment post-workout will increase the amount of calories burned since your body is already in a calorie burning state.

  • How Do I Start My First Sauna Blanket Wrap Session?

    It is recommended to start off with a 30-minute treatment to allow your body to acclimate to heat therapy. You will want to wear as little clothes as possible, cotton garments are recommended. It is also important to remain hydrated, for best results drink water prior to and after your sauna treatment.

  • How Often Can I Have My Sauna Blanket Treatment?

    It is recommended that treatments be limited to three times per week and should not be done on back to back days. This allows the body time to adjust as well as time for the dissolved fat to be exerted.
