Appointment Policies

Please arrive on time to your appointment.

This includes being early as we try to limit amount of people in office at one time. There is a grace period of 10 minutes per appointment, arrival after 10 minutes may result in reschedule and charge of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours or more in advance

Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment will result in $50 fee

No Call/No Show are subject to fee of total cost of scheduled treatment

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.
